We had a good turn out for our trainer seminar last night. Covered everything from different types of trainers to training fundementals . Every one seemed excited about the trainer night that will start Thursday at 6:00 pm. If you missed the seminar, I plan on holding another on after the first of the year. The discount on the trainers will be good until March.

Trainer season is here!

We will be holding a seminar on indoor trainers Tuesday December 9th at 6:00pm. We will be discussing the different types of trainer, as well having some set up for demonstration. We will also be holding a pre-order sale that night with 15% off of all trainers. Starting Thursday December 11th we will begin trainer nights at Bicycles In Town. Trainer nights will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm. We will ride for an hour each night; just bring your bike and trainer.
